1. Eligibility for Returns
Change of Mind Returns
7-Day Unconditional Returns:
- • Request must be submitted within 7 days from the delivery date
- • Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer
Defective or Incorrect Items
30-Day Quality Guarantee:
- • Request must be submitted within 30 days from the delivery date
- • Return shipping is covered by zhushangtong
In the event that an item is found to be defective, of substandard quality, or does not correspond to the product description, you may request a return or refund within 30 days of delivery.

2. Return Conditions
All returned items must meet the following criteria:
- • The item should be in pristine condition (unused, unworn and unwashed)
- • The product should be in its original condition with packaging intact
- • The item must remain suitable for resale
Please note: Sale or promotional items are not eligible for return or exchange, unless the item is confirmed to be defective or incorrect upon delivery.
3. Delivery Issues
If a package is marked as delivered but not received, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery confirmation and provide proof of non-delivery. Verified claims will be either replaced or refunded.

Contact us within 24 hours of confirming delivery status. Once verified, zhushangtong will arrange a replacement or issue a refund, as appropriate.
4. Special Circumstances
Refused Delivery
- • Refunds for refused packages will be processed only after the returned item is received and inspected
- • Original shipping fees are non-refundable
Unauthorized Returns
- • Items returned without prior approval may be refused
- • Any shipping costs incurred in such cases will be borne by the customer
Fraud Prevention
In order to protect our customers and business, zhushangtong reserves the right to refuse returns that are deemed to be excessive due to wear and tear, misuse, fraudulent activity, or violations of this policy.
5. Returns Process and Refunds
How to Initiate a Return

- • The reason for the return
- • Any relevant photos or details
Refund Processing
Following the receipt and inspection of the returned item, refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Estimated Refund Processing Times:
- • PayPal: 3–5 business days
- • Credit/Debit Card: 3–15 business days (depending on the issuing bank)
